The Coalition for Juvenile Justice (CJJ) provides information and resources on delinquency prevention and juvenile justice issues. CJJ’s annual report for 2000, entitled Handle With Care: Serving the Mental Health Needs of Young Offenders, focused on the mental health needs of youth in the juvenile justice system.
