Vote 2008 - NewsHour with Jim Lehrer
Now about to start its 22nd year, On The Record (OTR) is a weekly half-hour public affairs program featuring interviews with Connecticut legislators and policymakers on major topics of importance to state residents. The show is produced by CPTV as part of its mission to deliver a broad array of programming serving the public interest.
Interesting newsmakers and intriguing personalities in politics, sports, arts and culture are the focus of Front and Center with Ray Hardman, Connecticut Public Broadcasting’s half-hour talk show that airs on both CPTV and WNPR. Either way, this series delves into the lives and experiences of guests in unexpected ways, offering insightful and memorable interviews.
This WNPR-produced, interactive program explores important issues and ideas that affect where, how and even why people live in Connecticut – and how Connecticut fits into a global society. Using the award-winning producers of WNPR News, Where We Live expands in-depth, original reporting, creating conversations that will draw in newsmakers, opinion leaders and engaged citizens.
