Hartford Hawks on CPTV Sports
CPTV Sports, Connecticut’s first 24-hour local sports network, is partnering with the University of Hartford Athletic Department to broadcast a series of University of Hartford men’s and women’s basketball games live during the 2011-12 basketball season. It's the third year of the partnership, which began in 2009 when the network was launched as the Connecticut Sports Network (CTSN).
“We are thrilled to partner with the Connecticut Sports Network in bringing Hartford basketball to fans throughout Connecticut,” Pat Meiser, University of Hartford’s director of athletics, said three years ago. “We are eager to showcase our brand of college basketball. We are also excited to join forces with an innovative network like CTSN and be an important part of their programming.”
