Ducks wearing tiny GPS units? That’s right. They’re part of a major research project to track mallard ducks in the mid-continent region of North America. LRWC has the largest collection of waterfowl in the northeastern United States and is dedicated to preserving and conserving rare, threatened and endangered species of waterfowl.
