Rock Climbing
 

Indoor rock climbing began in Europe in the 1960’s as a way for experienced outdoor climbers to keep in shape over the winter months.  Today, it is one of the fastest growing fitness activities in the world. The Prime Climb, one of CT’s indoor climbing hot spots, encourages people of all ages to come out and use this activity as exercise for the mind and body.
