Connecticut native Jason Hawkins began his television career as a writer and producer for national networks including HGTV, the Food Network, and the Discovery Channel. Jason then moved in front of the camera, hosting food and restaurant segments for a popular Boston food show, appearing in a number of commercials, and lending his voice to Food Network specials. Jason’s love of food and storytelling led him to create and host CPTV's restaurant series Eating CT, which received two New England Emmy Awards and earned him a nomination for his work as host. Now the host of All Things Connecticut, Hawkins continues to report from locations around the state – and always with his trademark sense of enthusiasm.
